Yoga for the Low Back with Elizabeth

Come to this workshop to learn components of the Essential Low Back Program, a proven program to help decrease back pain. We will work to stretch and strengthen the deep muscles that support the spine. A gentle, focused class concentrated on the low back. This class is appropriate for the beginner to advanced student. (Not recommended for people with acute disk problems.)
Yoga for Gardeners with Elizabeth
Sunday June 6, 1-3PM $20
Weeding, planting, and spreading compost can all put a toll on your body. Come to this workshop to learn yoga poses to do before, during and after gardening to stretch, strengthen and release your muscles. As a professional gardener, I know how important these poses are to keep my body flexible and comfortable. Go home with a sheet of poses and a surprise gift. Pre-registration required
The Essential Low Back Program with Elizabeth
Fridays 9-10:30 AM, 6 weeks - June 4 – July 16 (no class on July 2) $75
This 6 week program has been clinically proven by a National Institute of Health study to improve low back pain. Through a progressive series of poses, the core and the muscles that support the spine are strengthened and stretched. Practice at home between classes is essential to the success of the program. The Essential Low Back Book with 5 CD’s is highly recommended. The retail cost of the set is $49, but as a certified teacher of this program my cost is only $35. I am happy to pass the savings on to my students. Class size is limited to 6 to ensure individual attention. Pre-registration is required.
