YOGADANCE (formerly DanceKinetics) is a dynamic experience combining simple yoga postures and free-form expressive dance. Based on the Chakras and the intuitive energy found in each of us, YogaDance encourages a connection of self, through movement. It celebrates both music and movement. It is a gentle and fun practice with music that is both eclectic and lively and at times deeply moving and grounding. It is a dance for everybody and every body. YogaDance is a collective, as well as an individual experience requiring neither dance nor yoga experience.

RUNNER'S YOGA - Yoga practice is an excellent counter-balance to running. In this 1 hr. class we will deeply stretch and strengthen key muscles and learn breathing techniques that will increase circulation and breath control. The class is followed by a run, grouped according to level of ability, so no one will be left behind. Coaching and support will be available to those new to running. This is an ongoing class, drop-ins are welcome. For more information contact Michelle directly at 967-3700.
- PERSONAL INSTRUCTION. Individual support and instruction allows you to learn at your own pace while developing a deep and meaningful practice that specifically addresses and honors your own needs. Personal instruction is ideal for those new to yoga and those wishing to deepen their existing practice. Sessions are 90 minutes and cost $65.
FREE GROUP MEDITATION is held every Friday at Noon. Open to all, no prior meditation experience necessary. We practice the Metta Bhavana (Cultivation of Loving-Kindness), a led meditation lasting 30 minutes.-
KRIPALU BEGINNER SERIES. An introductory 8-week class recommended for those with little or no yoga experience. The series teaches 24 postures with emphasis on details of alignment and coordination of breath and movement. It also teaches the fundamentals of Yoga including philosophy, yogic breathing techniques, meditaion, and energy awareness. This series creates an excellent foundation to build a safe, strong and meaningful practice. A manual is included with the series. Pre-registration is required for the beginner series only and must have 6 participants to run. The cost for the series is $95. (Next beginner series will begin in September).
